This is one of my favorite books on nutrition. It is also beneficial in learning about Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy!	Another fabulous book on nutrition, the foundation of our health! It has the author's journey, the experiences of many others, amazing before & after pics, and 300 great recipes,	This is the DVD that goes with Alissa's huge book! For those of us who need to SEE it done to learn how to do it ourselves! Great resource, fab recipes, and fun discussion!	Rosemary Gladstar is such a jewel! In this fabulous book, she shares her favorite herbal recipes for medicines, teas and skin care products!	This documentary is crucial for those who want to be more conscious about their food and their health!


How much do you know about how toxic artificial sweeteners are and what symptoms they cause? This great documentary is an eye-opener!	Many of us do not know much about GMOs and what it means to our health, the health of our planet, and the reason organic is so important!	We've been taught that fluoride if an important chemical for cavity prevention. So important, it's added to EVERYONE's water! But is it really? What if its toxicity was killing us?	For some of us, we just need a place to start! This is a great little resource for doing just that!
